This site (staging.influencertcg.com) is a pre-release, in-development build of a card game. It may be unstable, change without notice, or be taken offline. Game state, decks, and accounts may be reset between builds.
Access is invite-only via an allowlist. We may grant, suspend, or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including abuse, attempted exploitation, or behavior that disrupts other players.
You sign in with a Google account you control. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account, attempt to access other players' accounts, or use the service to harass others.
The game, its name, code, art, written content, and other materials are owned by the project's author. Access to this early-access build does not transfer any rights to that material. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't promise the service will be available, error-free, or that game state will be preserved. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability) will do so.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above will be updated when terms change.
